Alfalfa/ Clover/ Wildflower Organic Honey

Alfalfa honey has an amber colour with a sweet delicate floral scent and a pleasant sweet taste. As for the characteristics of alfalfa honey, it’s distinctive feature is a very delicate, mild taste and pleasant aroma. The main secret of popularity lies in the special taste of alfalfa honey and the positive effect of this product on human health and well-being.

Organic Capping Wax 15-18 LbS

We offer our 100% pure Beeswax which is collected in the Northern Saskatchewan. We produce our wax with minimal heating and filtering, leaving the wax smelling sweet and pleasant, giving of a slight hint of honey aroma. The wax retains its natural yellow colour. Bee parts, honey, pollen and propolis might still be present in the wax.

Dandelion Organic Honey

This variety has a rich flavour and a pleasant deep aroma. Has a classic yellow-golden hue. Its consistency is usually thick and viscous. The peculiarity of the collection of this honey is the location of our farm. Dandelion is one of the first and only spring flowers that gives nectar to bees after a long and cold winter. In Our area, a dandelion flower fills every vacant spot, it covers every pasture with its bright yellow blooms. In this way, hungry bees collect as much honey as possible from this flower, making this honey concentrated and homogenous in its composition.

Sweet Clover Organic Honey

One of the most valuable and rare types of bee product is sweet clover honey. This honey is one of the first-class products. It is appreciated primarily for its excellent taste. It has a pronounced light amber or white colour with a very subtle scent similar to a light vanilla aroma. The crystallization of this honey is very slow, resulting with the formation of a white creamy honey with a very interesting consistency. We are only able to produce this honey in rare occasions where a perfect field is found with the correct conditions for its production.

Brown Organic Propolis

Propolis is a by-product of beekeeping. It is in no way inferior to honey for its beneficial properties. To some extent even surpasses it in the degree of usefulness. We collect our propolis in the beginning of spring making a fully organic product. In the process of harvesting the propolis might contain bee parts, honey, pollen and pieces of wood.
